Shipping Policy

Onyx Robotics ships across the United States with insured, tracked carriers. This policy covers processing times, costs and delivery.

01Processing time

In-stock accessories and consumer units typically ship within 1–3 business days. Robots configured to order, humanoids, and enterprise units may require additional lead time, which we confirm with you before invoicing.

02Shipping costs & methods

Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted based on destination, weight and declared value. High-value robots ship fully insured and may require a signature and, for some units, freight delivery.

03Delivery

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please inspect your shipment on arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us within 7 days.

Someone must be available to receive freight deliveries; the carrier will schedule a delivery window for large items.

04Domestic & international

We currently focus on shipping within the United States. For international or export inquiries, contact us — some products are subject to export controls and regional restrictions.

05Compliance

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
